The pattern is laid on natural silk using various colours of soft merino wool, the whole thing is rubbed in water with Marseille soap so long until merino wool fibres pass through the silk and join together. My silk scarves differ from the usual rigid felt scarves in that they are made of the highest quality merino wool and real 100% silk. Merino wool is very delicate and soft, it does not irritate the skin.
I assure you that the scarf is one of a kind.
