Refunds and returns
Every item in gallery VESU is long-term created by hand therefore, unfortunately, returns are not acceptable.
If you have purchased a product and you do not like the size or color, we can of course exchange it for a product that you are satisfied with.
If you wish to exchange the product for another one, please inform us at info@vesu.nz within 7 days of receiving the parcel, we will send reply email with the address to which you need to return the parcel.
