Shipping policy

1. About Us

We design and create handmade pieces such as shawls, scarves, home décor, and felted artworks.
Every item is unique and made with natural materials such as merino wool and silk.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is received in full.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are handmade, packed with care, and usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • We ship worldwide from New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination and are beyond our control once shipped.

  • All items are sent with gift wrapping and protective packaging.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are your responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is individually handmade:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • In approved cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

5. Workshops

  • Workshop bookings are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another date if arranged in advance.

  • All materials (wool, silk base, felting tools, frames) are provided unless otherwise stated.

  • Participants must follow health and safety instructions during the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and products on vesu.nz are the property of VESU – Wool & Silk Creations.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication.
