💜 Purple Calla Lilies – Merino Wool & Silk Shawl

Dramatic, elegant and truly distinctive, this handmade merino wool and silk shawl features sculptural purple flowers flowing across a deep charcoal-grey background.

Inspired by the graceful shape of calla lilies, each flower is individually formed by hand, creating beautiful dimension and movement. The contrast between rich violet and dark graphite makes this shawl a striking piece of wearable art for weddings, evening events and other special occasions.

Hand wash gently in cool water using a mild wool detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing. Iron on a low temperature if needed.

I’m Agnieszka Arciszewska, the artist behind VESU – Wool & Silk Creations. With over 15 years of experience, I create each piece by hand in my New Zealand studio. Inspired by nature and my Polish heritage, I bring together fine merino wool and natural silk to create expressive wearable art.
