Handmade Process
I created this shawl entirely by hand using traditional wet felting techniques. Fine merino wool is carefully layered onto delicate silk chiffon and felted together using warm water, olive oil-based Marseille soap, and handwork.
The raw mulberry silk adds subtle texture and depth, creating an organic, painterly surface that changes beautifully in the light.
Because each shawl is individually handmade, every piece is unique and impossible to fully recreate.
